Return and Refund Policy

📦 1. Policy Overview

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all electronic development boards, sensor kits, tools, and hardware accessories purchased directly through projectslearner.com.

⏱️ 2. Return Window (30 Days)

You have a period of 30 calendar days from the date you received your physical shipment to initiate a return request for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging (including anti-static bags and components boxes).
• You must present the original receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.

🔄 3. How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team at support@projectslearner.com with your order number and invoice details.
2. Provide a brief explanation of the reason for the return (e.g., damaged item, incorrect module received, or change of mind).
3. Our support team will verify your transaction and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with return shipping address details.
4. Securely pack the item and mail it to the designated return address.

🚚 4. Shipping Costs for Returns

• Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive an item that is dead on arrival (DOA), damaged in transit, or defective, ProjectsLearner will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your postal charges.
• Change of Mind / Customer Preference: If you choose to return an item for personal preference or change of mind, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

💳 5. Refund Method and Timelines

Once we receive your returned package at our fulfillment center, we will inspect the items and notify you that we have received them. We will immediately update you on the status of your refund after checking the conditions of the components.

If your return is approved:

• We will initiate a full refund directly back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, NetBanking, or Wallet).
• You will receive the refund credit typically within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing times.

⚠️ 6. Exclusions and Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Items returned after more than 30 calendar days from delivery.
• Products that show clear signs of physical modification, soldering, excessive voltage damage, or user-inflicted electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage.
• Downloadable software blueprints, educational materials, or source code manuals (which are digital and non-tangible).
