This Inductive Metal Detector module is designed for non-contact detection of metallic objects. By utilizing an onboard electromagnetic coil and a high-precision comparator (LM393), the module senses changes in its magnetic field when a metal object is nearby. The sensitivity can be fine-tuned via the onboard potentiometer, making it ideal for automated sorting systems, metal-finding robots, and industrial limit-switching applications.
